We took “customer satisfaction” to a new and more intimate level this year by conducting one of the most comprehensive and intimate surveys in the history of our market research called “The Big M Survey”.
Using the combined revelations from the Big M survey and the help of input from our lifestyle expert Jessica Chivers, we were able to ascertain that twenty first century women feel more confident, empowered and sexually assertive than at any time in recent history - so what better theme could there be for our latest campaign than ‘Please Yourself’
