What happens if I want a return or exchange?
- The normal returns and exchanges policy applies.
- If you would like an exchange we can only exchange for goods that are of an equal or lower value than those originally purchased. We will issue a refund for any difference in value.
- No partial refunds can be applied during a Groupon promotion due to the way that the voucher codes are issued. If you would like to return your goods for a full refund please see below.
What happens if I want a refund on my Groupon voucher?
- If you have not used your voucher and it is still in date you can contact Groupon Customer Services for a full refund of the cost of the voucher. Groupon can be contacted on 0203 510 0410 or at support@groupon.co.uk
- If you have already used the voucher and returned your goods to us because they were unsuitable we will issue you with a refund for any additional amount that was paid over-and-above the face value of your voucher. We will then send you an email which you can forward onto Groupon to receive a full refund for the voucher that you purchased from them.
I was unable to use my voucher during the promotional period due to circumstances beyond my control.
If you believe you have mitigating circumstances or you could not use your voucher within the promotional period due to a technical or administrative error on our part, please contact customer services. If your case is valid we will issue you a replacement code with an extended expiry date at no extra cost to yourself.
